Feel yourself moving into your clear
space...
Feel the weight of your being, held by the
earth, and be aware of this connection...
Let the earth take the weight of your
whole being, how it is now and how it has come to this point, and feel the
comfort of that support...
Allow yourself a sense of how you are, in
this moment, at this point, which is the end-point so far of the path you have
travelled and all that has happened to you...
Move gently between this sense and your
feeling of comfort from the earth supporting, grounding you...
Feel the calm of this gentle movement,
between the sense of your being at this moment and the feeling of being
grounded, and let it resonate in your breathing...
Feel more and more the quiet firmness of
the earth’s support...
When you are ready, after your usual time
of sitting, lengthen your breathing into three long breaths to bring yourself
