To be near the end of your working life and have the opportunityto broaden your horizons and reach yet more of your fellow human beings is a privilege like none other.
For more than 30 years I have been a counsellor-therapist and trainer, and for the last 15 years author and writer too.  I have believed more than anything that therapy is like a journey, a journey undertaken by two people, and so is a passage of evolution for both.  And I have long believed that humility is the most important human quality - because we are each just one - and also the least prized, in our world today.

And so I look on writing as an offering, a sharing - of wisdom? perhaps, though that is for others to judge - but mostly as an opportunity to be alongside some of those I have not had the joy of meeting in person.
